Andy - Default thread content - Adds default thread content when creating a new thread.

Features:

All phrases start with defaultthreadcontent_ for your convenience.

Setup:

1. Go to the Options page and select the forum this will be applied to.
2. Edit the defaultthreadcontent_default_thread_content phrase with the text you would like to have as a default.
