D.C Style - Thread Icon - Add posibility to add icon for threads based on Font Awesome Icons.

Allow users to add icons to their threads.

• Customize icon for each thread based on Font Awesome Icons.
• Allow choosing forums that can use thread icons.
• Allow choosing icon position (before, after thread title), globally, or depending on each thread setting.
• Support permission for each user group.

• Use new font awesome picker system based on FontAwesome Picker feature of [TC] Component Library.
• Now support all font awesome icons with full weights (light, regular, solid, doutone)
• Not tested with Font Awesome Manager by @Kirby
